Quick-Fit Machine Adaptor Expanded
Nordfab's Quick-Fit (QF) Machine Adaptor Expanded allows for a quick connection of QF ductwork to machines. It is available in galvanised steel construction and ranges from 80 mm to 300 mm in diameter.
Quick-Fit Ducting
Nordfab Quick-Fit ducting is used in a wide variety of dust collection, fume extraction, and process ventilation applications. Quick-Fit modular clip-together ducting system with rolled edges saves time and money on installation, is easy to clean out, is adaptable to existing ductwork, and is easily re-used during shop floor reconfigurations – providing one of the lowest life cycle costs of any ducting product. Ductwork is available in galvanised and stainless steel construction.
QF Slip Duct
The Quick-Fit (QF) Slip Duct is sometimes referred to as slip joint, telescopic piece, telescope, or make up piece. It is being used to provide variable length adjustment of a Quick-Fit system by eliminating precise measurements.
Quick-Fit Transition Piece
The QF Transition Piece connects QF clamp-together duct to flat lip FB duct. Ø80-630 mm, galvanised steel or 304 SS construction.
Quick-Fit (QF) O-Ring
Nordfab's Quick-Fit (QF) O-Ring is a replacement O-Ring for Quick-Fit (QF) Slip Duct. The O-ring contains of an EPDM material and is available in 6, 8, 10 mm thickness.
Quick-Fit End Cap with Mesh
The Quick-Fit (QF) End Cap with Mesh is designed to prevent foreign objects from entering the ventilation system. It is available in galvanised steel construction and ranges from 80 mm to 710 mm in diameter.
Quick-Fit Standard Branch 30°
Quick-Fit (QF) clamp-together duct 30° Branch, Ø80-710 mm, galvanised steel or 304SS construction.
Quick-Fit (QF) Standard Branches are used to port to machine outlets or other duct lines. Standard Branches are 30°, optional 45° available upon request. Available in galvanised steel or 304SS construction.
Quick-Fit End Cap
The Quick-Fit (QF) End Caps connect easily to other ductwork with the QF Clamp and are used to cap-off an unused ducting port. End Caps are ideal for blocking a port needed for future expansion or when a machine has been moved. It is available in galvanised steel construction and ranges from 80 mm to 710 mm in diameter.

Quick-Fit (QF) clamp-together duct 30° Double Branch, Ø80-710 mm, galvanised steel or 304SS construction.

Quick-Fit Ball Joint
the Nordfab Quick-Fit (QF) Ball Joint allows up to 22° of movement off-center. The movement allows flexibility in the duct, allowing it to rotate in all directions.
Quick-Fit (QF) Duct Lockformed 1.5m
Nordfab Quick-Fit (QF) ducting with a lockformed seam in 1,5 meters length of duct is available in 0,7 - 0,9 mm thick galvanised or stainless steel, ranging from 80 - 710 mm in diameter.
