Message from Stuart

This last quarter at AtSource has seen some exciting changes in our leadership team.

The time has come for me to step down from management of AtSource, and embrace retirement and all that my shiny Gold Card offers!

As I bid adieu to my role as General Manager, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we’ve shared over the past two decades. What inspired the inception of AtSource was a genuine concern for the well-being of employees, and it’s heartening to see how we’ve evolved and grown since then.

Twenty years ago, the vision was clear – addressing the adverse health effects of dust and fumes on workers. At that time, occupational health and safety was gaining prominence, and we, at AtSource, stepped up to meet the specific needs of workplaces. It’s been a pleasure to witness our solutions becoming standards across various companies and industries.

Reflecting on my time as General Manager (watch the video version, or keep reading!), I take immense pride in the projects we’ve been a part of across diverse sectors. The true measure of success, in my eyes, is when solutions provided by AtSource become ingrained as the go-to standard within company divisions and even entire industry sectors. This journey has been immensely rewarding.

The key to our success lies in understanding not just the environmental challenges of each industry but also comprehending how each sector operates. Our solutions not only meet health and safety requirements but also seamlessly integrate into the daily operations of our clients. This delicate balance has been achieved through close communication and collaboration, resulting in effective systems and, more importantly, lasting relationships.

Strong client and supplier relationships have been the bedrock of our success. When there’s a clear and mutual understanding from the beginning, it naturally leads to more effective system designs and ongoing opportunities to enhance workplace health and safety. I am confident that these relationships will continue to flourish under the capable hands of the AtSource team.

As we look to the future, the industry is changing. The growing awareness of the importance of a safe and healthy working environment is reducing harmful outputs in some sectors. However, the demand for our expertise is not diminishing; it’s evolving. AtSource is well-positioned with strong supplier relationships to meet these changing needs and continue serving our clients effectively.

Our company culture, centred on offering solutions that genuinely benefit our clients, has been a guiding principle. Effective communication within our team and celebrating successes together have been integral to our journey. I am confident that this culture will persist and thrive under the new leadership.

To ensure a smooth transition, we have built a robust team of engineers, installers, service technicians, and administrative staff. Caring for this network will undoubtedly pave the way for AtSource’s continued growth and success.

As I step into a slower pace of life, I want to express my deepest gratitude to every member of the AtSource family – employees, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Value and enjoy the relationships you’ve built, and let them transcend the boundaries of work into lasting friendships. Our success is a collective achievement, and I am proud to have been part of this incredible journey with each one of you.
