QF Adaptors

Quick-Fit (QF) Regulation cone is attached inside duct and designed to regulate or control the flow of air within the duct system. It is available in galvanised steel construction and ranges from 80 mm - 630 mm in diameter.

Nordfab feature a round Quick-Fit (QF) or flanged end and a square or rectangular end for transitioning from round to rectangular ductwork or for use as hood for local source capture. Available in galvanised steel with different end type options. Make sure to order the Transition by description, specifying the length, diameter, position of the connection spigot, and the end type connection.

Nordfab's Quick-Fit (QF) Ventilation Adaptor allows quick connection of QF duct to spiro ventilation connections. It is available in galvanised steel or 304SS construction and ranges from 80 mm to 710 mm in diameter.

Nordfab's Quick-Fit (QF) Machine Adaptor Expanded allows for a quick connection of QF ductwork to machines. It is available in galvanised steel construction and ranges from 80 mm to 300 mm in diameter.

The QF Transition Piece connects QF clamp-together duct to flat lip FB duct. Ø80-630 mm, galvanised steel or 304 SS construction.

The Quick-Fit (QF) End Cap with Mesh is designed to prevent foreign objects from entering the ventilation system. It is available in galvanised steel construction and ranges from 80 mm to 710 mm in diameter.

The Quick-Fit (QF) End Caps connect easily to other ductwork with the QF Clamp and are used to cap-off an unused ducting port. End Caps are ideal for blocking a port needed for future expansion or when a machine has been moved. It is available in galvanised steel construction and ranges from 80 mm to 710 mm in diameter.

Quick-Fit (QF) Reducers are used in ducting systems to transition from one larger diameter of duct to a smaller diameter.

The Nordfab Quick-Fit Flanged Adaptor connects clamp-together duct to flanged machine port or flanged ducting.

The Quick-Fit (QF) Hose Adaptor allows quick connection of QF or QFS ducting to hose. It is available in galvanised steel or 304SS construction and ranges from 80 mm to 710 mm in diameter.
