ALU 150/250 is an advanced exhaust rail system for high frequency use. The ALU 150/ 250 offers a large number of features, such as manual return of extraction units on a separate track, automatic disconnection of nozzles and balancer. NB! When using a straight rail solution one hydraulic limit stop (see accessories) must be attached in the end of the rail system.

Exhaust extraction systems for emergency vehicles.

Vertical Stack is a fully automatic exhaust extraction system for vehicles with top exhaust pipes. The vehicle either drives backwards into the parking bay or drives through. The extraction unit is designed as a rail with a funnel in one or both ends. The funnel guides a stack adaptor, mounted on the exhaust pipe, into the rail. The sliding suspension provides automatic sideway positioning of the rail.

Capacity – one vehicle per system.

Normal exit speed: up to 10 km/h, 5 mph.

For existing or new fire stations.

For back in or drive through vehicles.

Optional automatic start/stop device that offers: -Practical control of fan start/stop. -Safe control of air quality (source ventilation automatically starts when vehicle engine starts). -Simple programming.

For all types of vehicle workshops, etc. where the hose can hang at a reachable height. The patented spring drive makes the reel very easy to handle. The reel is available with or without automatic damper, the one with a patented integrated automatic damper saves energy and reduces the noise level. Optional retraction control is available for increased safety and efficiency. Two separate suspension brackets make mounting the reel a simple and safe procedure. The brackets are fixed to the wall or ceiling before the light-weight reel is lifted directly on to the brackets.
It is possible to mount the fan directly on the reel.

The best solution in workshops with a high ceiling, where over­head cranes etc. have to be considered, or where high vehicles must pass. Operated via a hand unit either an IR control or pendant control. A receiving eye on the reel shows the status of operation. Electronic upper and lower limit switches reduce the risk of malfunction and unnecessary wearing of the hose. Fan start/stop is automatically controlled. Mounting of fan on reel is possible. No programming is lost when a power failure occurs. If the power is cut, the electro-magnetic brake will lock the drum instantly.

Exhaust extraction system for emergency stations with high frequency /high speed runs

The MagnaTrack HS is designed to serve emergency stations with a high frequency of runs. The track system serves one vehicle at a time. The balancer has a constant lifting power. MagnaTrack HS is available in lengths from 3.5 m to 18 m; (10 ft to 60 ft) and it fits vehicles with low as well as high mounted exhaust pipes.

Pneumatic Rail System – PRS, is a fully automatic, high capacity exhaust extraction system for up to 4 emergency vehicles per bay. The system is based on a nozzle expanded by compressed air, fixing and sealing the nozzle tightly around the tail pipe. PRS is supplied with a choice of different sized nozzles to fit the most common types of tail pipes. A quick coupler makes it easy to interchange the nozzles.

The Pneumatic Track system – PTS is suitable for stations where vehicles change from time to time. The system is based on a nozzle expanded by compressed air, attaching and sealing the nozzle tightly around the tail pipe. PTS is supplied with a choice of two different sized nozzles to fit the most common types of tail pipes. A quick coupler makes it easy to switch the nozzles.

PTS can be delivered with two optional alternatives for automatic start / stop of fan; radiosystem or process sensor system.

Easy to handle systems for all types of workshops. Consists of a basic rail system which is completed with an exhaust extraction kit. Very high extraction efficiency.
