The MEP range is a reverse jet cassette dust collector. It was built for continuous use in industrial process filtration and dust collection applications. The MEP dust collector uses our long established fabric pocket cassette that is easily maintained through the front hinged doors. The cassette offers ample filter area and lasts longer than a cartridge.

Filter cassette materials for most applications are available, dependent on dust type, dust load and efficiency requirements.

The Modular Filter System simply solves the need of cleaning the air from particles, smoke, dust, gases and smells. The modular construction means that the system is suitable for both small workspaces and larger manufacturing works. By supplementing with Nederman fans, extraction arms and control boxes, you can build up a solution for every workplace.

Typical applications are TIG and spot welding, laboratory extraction, food ingredients and odours and chemical handling.

Compact reverse jet tubular cartridge filters
Suitable for many different applications that generate light to medium volumes of any dust. The MJC Mini range of compact reverse jet tubular cartridge filters was developed for continuous operation in industrial process filtration and dust collection applications – incorporating Nederman’s patented UniClean cartridge technology for maximum cleaning efficiency and extended life.

Nederman WeldFilter is a mobile welding fume extraction unit offering easy, trouble-free operation and flexible access. It captures fume near the arc or source of the fume, which is the most effective way to collect and remove fumes. WeldFilter EC10 is available with one arm that can be swiveled 360°.WeldFilter EC 20 is available with two arms that can be swiveled 360°. The extraction arm is flexible, easy to position and are not in the way during work. There is no impact on the welding process. Capture rate is excellent. The cleanable long life cartridge filter keeps low operating costs. The cleaning is made with an included blowgun from cleaning chamber and the dust is safely disposed in dust bin.

Compact cartridge filter for solving dust problems within a wide range of industries.

The MCP cartridge filter series offers many operational benefits thanks to its compact design and patented UniClean® system. The special design of UniClean® cartridges guarantees consistent and effective cleaning. The filter cartridges are available in two different lengths (type L or A).
The MCP filters are designed for air volumes between 1 200-21 000 m3/h containing different types of dust. The MCP filters can be fitted with different types of filter cartridges, positioned vertically to prevent dust building up on the filter material.

The filter is designed for an outdoor location and is as standard designed for a top mounted fan.

Standard cartridges in polyester CA100: 10 g/m3 max. fine or coarse dust.
Cartridge in nanofiber CA178: 1 g/m3 max. cold fumes.
